Hello XSEL Participants – greetings from TechSoup Global in San Francisco! Thanks again for visiting us – it was great to have you here.
Would you like to learn more about how design thinking works on a practical level? Would you like to help test a prototype of an eLearning Platform for NGOs in Mozambique? And would you like to strengthen your storytelling skills?
TechSoup Global is working in partnership with the Aga Khan Foundation to develop an eLearning Platform where NGOs can easily access, deliver, and create practical and convenient training resources. We are using design thinking in the development of this platform, and we are getting ready to test our first full course prototype on the ground in Maputo, Mozambique. This first course is on “Storytelling for NGOs.”
We would love to have additional people help test the prototype remotely. Might you be interested?
As a tester, you will be able to try out the prototype course and give us feedback on what is valuable for you, and what is not. I will also be happy to answer any questions you might have about the design thinking process as you see it applied in this prototype.
If you would like to help us test, please follow these instructions:
1. Please do not share these instructions with others before asking Glenn. This is an early prototype, so we don’t want to make it too public just yet!
2. Use a compatible browser. Make sure you are using a browser that is compatible with Udemy, the learning management software we use. It is recommended that you use an up to date version of Google Chrome. But you can use any of the following browsers
