What is the most interesting thing you learned about design thinking?
Design thinking consists of overlapping spaces rather than a sequence of orderly steps. There are large spans between each space and the whole process may seem disordered.
Before reading this report, I just wonder that it will be really difficult for me to become creative as we always learn something by follow someone 's theory or experience. But in this report, I will try to adopt the way that they mention. I will start from learning from my friends since it is easy and comfortable for us to learn from someone we familiar with.
Design thinking ideas can come from the extremes of the entire population.
I learned that design thinking is a process of trial and error, a repetition of ideation and implementation. To come up with innovative solutions, it's important to accept this fact and be optimistic however hard the problem might be.

Since every little thing counts for the result, the crucial thing is to take every relevant detail into consideration when ideate and design by using logic models to analyze the discovered problems.

I thought that to make a great design and innovation is often made by foreigners and new people. But I learned that important thing is to be trusted with local people and customers. It may takes a long time to get an inspiration, how to ensure the efficiency of design-thinking?
The reading took examples involved non-profit-organizations, but I just wondering what if a normal business marketing department in company adopts design thinking process illustrated in the reading? I just thought this idea could be taken advantage of by profit-organizations. What if every individual tries to innovate their life styles to achieve their goals they seek? What was the most interesting thing you learned through self-reflection?
A higher energy level usually comes with happiness.
When I think about what gave me a sense of accomplishment, I could realize that I feel happy and satisfied to achieve something with other people, like my friends and teammates. And finally I would like to see someone smiling.
Sometimes when we are very focused on pursuing our endeavours, we over scrutinise our failure and undervalue our achievements. Seeing glass as half empty can be helpful to push ourselves - but seeing it as half full helps us to get the sense of our progress!
I found that I quite care how other people view me.

I found out I am such an impatient person, all my personal highlights were done within a short period, for those like paying attention to all lectures in one semester failed. This showed me that I enjoy accomplishing tasks or achieving goals in a short time, it is so hard for me to persevere even when I know how great it is to have something done!
Short brainstorming is a way to know our self. I think it’s the principle of subconscious. The reason is that our brain didn’t have too much time to organize what to tell or how - then something just comes out randomly. It gets easier when you try to do this again and again or when the time passes.

What is one question you still have after these self-reflection activities?
What is the purpose of rating happiness and energy level relevant to time - how does it relate to design thinking?
I want to know how I can make people recognize something which people may not have known about themselves.
I just wonder that the reflection that we are reflecting by ourselves will be similar to others reflection on us?
When we talk about this topic, I think each person has their own sense of what an accomplishment is. So I’m curious that what do the participants of this program think about this.

How to balance instinct and reason?
If you are the only one who considers something you have done as an accomplishment, is it an individual “win” or a kind of self-consolation?
