Thank you for sharing some of your stories about family in the last Challenge.
Let's turn our focus now to your individual "wins." That is, what were your most exciting moments? To keep it focused, let's concentrate on just the last 12 months. What were your highlights in this last year? In other words, what gave you a feeling of joy? Of meaningfulness? Of discovery, even, about something you may not have even known about yourself?
For this assignment, let's take stock, and capture your best wins. You'll need something to write with, something to keep time, and a piece of paper.

For this assignment, let's take stock, and capture your best wins. You'll need something to write with, something to keep time, and a piece of paper.
Specific tasks:
- Take a deep breath. Look at the blank page for a second, and notice its edges. This is your canvas.
- At the top, write: "Last 12 months: personal highlights."
- What you're going to do now is a fast brainstorm (making ideas).
- Set your timer for 20 minutes. Start it.
- Write very short sentences (3-5 words) to answer the question “What gave you a sense of accomplishment?”
- Keep writing until you fill the page.
- When you are finished, please share with me your top three. You can enter them on the Challenge 2 Feedback Form.
